Achieving Zero Waste to Landfill requires complete structural conversion of waste materials. Batch pyrolysis processes often generate solid char residue that is dump-packed or discarded due to poor separation. Continuous pyrolysis solves this waste cycle completely.
Zero Waste Loop Breakdown
- Feedstock Fractionation: 100% of tyre mass is converted. 45% becomes liquid pyrolysis oil, 35% becomes solid carbon char, 10% becomes syngas, and the remaining fraction is reclaimed steel wire.
- Syngas Self-Fueling: Non-condensable syngas is scrubbed of sulphur and fed directly back to fire the kiln burners, replacing external fossil fuel heating.
- Clean Steel Baling: Wires are thermally cleaned inside the reactor, discharged without carbon soot coatings, and pressed into foundry-ready steel bales.
Our Sri Ganganagar continuous facility is designed as a closed-loop system, ensuring zero carbonaceous dust leaks and 100% resource reclamation.
